Our Vision

Bodhi Bloom Pty Ltd offers a safe, mindful environment focusing on yoga and mindfulness practices that enhance community well-being. Our classes cater to people looking for strength and connection, alongside specialised offerings like family yoga, yin yoga, trauma-informed practices, and pregnancy yoga. At this stage, we are offering power yoga a blen od hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga, yin and restorative yoga and pregnancy yoga. Further offerings will be available on demand We strive to cultivate emotional balance and self-awareness through meditation, breathwork, and posture alignment, while sharing valuable resources and knowledge through our blog. Through this community, we wish to build environmental consciousness and animal welfare.

My name is Jyoti (Jo)

My love for yoga began in my childhood, and with every life challenge, the idea of have a space to sit down cross legged, stay in silence and breathe, and listen to the inner voice always helped me conquer each challenge. I want to be able to share this way of life with others. Yoga is not about the poses you create on a mat, its about the way you choose to live your life. 

Bodhi Bloom is where yoga meets balance, compassion, and growth. I’m a certified 500-hour Master-level teacher with specialised training in Pregnancy, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, offering classes that blend mindful movement, safe alignment, and the balance of strength and stillness.

As a mother and mentor with a professional background in urban and regional planning, leadership and wellbeing, I bring both professionalism and heart into every class. My goal is simple: to create a nurturing space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Here, yoga isn’t just a practice, it’s an experience for body, mind, and soul.
